No member of Congress, nor any other civil servant, quasi-government civil servant, religious leaders nor any other Amercian citizen should be able to force, coerce, or file a lawsuit using anyone elses name, identity, or situation. No so called civil rights group, advocacy agency should be able to file a suit in anyone else name without permission of the victim. All laws pertaining to RICO law violations should be investigated involving law enforcement oppression, undue enfluence of elected officials, corruption of non-profit organizations, theft ,fraud and deception by civil servants and or advocacy groups. The ACLU, NAACP, LULAC, LA RAZA, KKK, BLACK PANTHERS, ACORN, URBAN LEAGUE, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS WORKERS, GLAD, INSTITUTE FOR JUSTICE, ARCH, TRINITY CENTER, MOBIL LOAVES AND FISHES, MISSION POSSIBLE AUSTIN, nor any other group, association, or coalition should have the right to kidnap, starve, terrorize, traumatize, coerce, deny DNA test, refuse auditing concerning victim of harassment and deny religious freedom to support racism, bigotry, prejudice, discrimnation of any type. It should be illegal to have settlements without the victim involved in the process. CREDIT, forced banking with partners of prejudice, bigotry, and racism should be declared illegal. Settlements exceding the request of request of the victim should be turned over to a victim fund of the victim choice as already afforded by both federal and state laws, regulations, codes, and statutes. Identity theft, computer fraud, bank fraud, real estate theft, and property fraud should all be investigated. Dna test should be used to determine chemical dependency, sexual history as pertaining to the practicability of legal actions by partners, employment should have no baring on the procedings, as any other association. Lawsuit abuse in the name of social justice filed by hate mongers of advocate groups like the Texas Civil Rights Project, Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, and domestic terrorist legal defense funds.
