Upon the orders of the Obama Nation leaders, democrats have revived the Jim Crow Democrat tactics except this time extending the membership to those practicing hate and acts of domestic terrorism to include diverse coalitions. Elitist, supremacist, nor law enforcement agents were not removed but added to their mix are minority social group, illegal aliens, gay coalitions, abortion facilitators, illegal prescription drug users, legal advocacy groups, and other domestic terrorist networks. Corrupt public officials along with false religious leaders continue to organize and lead the coalition of hate, violating civil rights on one hand and playing court advocate with the other. Through luck, stupidity of the American voter, racebaiting, and other acts of domestic terrorism the Jim Crow Democrats found themselves controlling the White House and the Congress. Being led by President Obama, a self admitted drug user, sexual deviant, and a socialist marxist.
The organizations which claim they support the Civil Rights of all Americans, and that openly attacked Justice Thomas during his confirmation hearing. Letters of protest and hatred came from the ACLU, NAACP, URBAN LEAGUE, LULAC, and their homosexual partners dispite Justice Thomas being african american and he had always practiced his constitutional right of freedom of religion and political freedom. There was no defense by the national association of human rights workers or any other liberal social worker group. He was attacked for not practicing elitism, racism and the accepted hatred established by the doctrine of Ruth Ginsburg for the Civil Rights Commission which included promoting pedophilia, rape, homosexuality, incest, and other sexual deviancy. Today the same groups turn to Justice Ginsburg as she too now sit on the Supreme Court along with Justice Thomas.
The Obamanation being led by advocates of hatred and elitist whom are financed in part by the Bank of America providing the institution of theft, credit fraud, bank fraud, computer fraud, identity theft, and security and real estate fraud all by its partners. Fraud used to finance lynching and the defense of lynchers, church burners and the defense of church burners, pedophiles and the defense of pedophiles, race baiters and the defense of racebaiters. By the using of hand picked corrupt judges, canon ethics rules violating lawyers create a settlement with its prejudice partners of advocacy. Diversity of domestic terrorism, violating RICO laws, being protected by social workers, law enforcement agencies, court personnel, district attorney office personnel, other civil servants and their partners attempting to exploit a preceived immunity. Limited immmunity does not cover acts of fraud, violations of due process, attempts of theft of the victim of a civil rights violation. Audits should be required in all civil remedies for the protection the United States and all parties involved, along with DNA test to prohibit the promotion of sexual deviancy, sexual crimes, drug abuse, and other criminal acts.
Violation of federal codes, federal statutes, federal codes, along with all applicable state laws should be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law not allowing racism to prevent justice and due process. Law enforcement agents, elected officials, civil rights groups, legal advocacy firms, labor union members, civil servants, nor anyone else should be above the laws of this country. Niether should the attorney general office of any state have the authority to deprive any citizen from access to federal courts. No person in the United States should be forced, coerced, or threatened to accept a settlement that does not cover the concerns of the victim, nor the complaints of the victim. Dispite multiple court rulings that coerced settlements are nothing more than fraud, and bribery, illegal by all aspect of the law. These so-called settlements are prejudice in nature always protecting the rights of anyone but the victim of the cause. Theft, fraud and other deceptions have occurred in over 95% of all settlements dismissed. The majority have been of african americans and congress calls it a new form of enslavement for the purpose of supporting social justice and its advocacy groups. I have had to experience harassment for two reasons: first I sought DNA test and audits as apart of all remedies of justice.Second all I seek is $360,000.00, personally and all other awards going to the Alliance Defense Fund of Phoenix Arizona. I seek protection from Bank of America, Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Institute for Justice, Black State Employees Union Association of Texas, African American Federal Employees Union, Chuch of God in Christ, Church of Christ, 1000 Hills Ministry, Word of Restoration Christian Fellowship, Baptist church, Methodist Church, Roman Catholic Church, Episcopal Church, Lutheran Church, Mobil Loaves and Fishes, Mission Possible, Austin, Church Under the Bridge Austin, Austin Stone Community Church along with all those in concert with, partners, attorneys, volunteers, religious leaders and political advocates.
