IT IS FUNNY TO ME THAT THERE ARE SO CALLED CHRISTIANS THAT REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS CHRIST AND REMEMBER WRATH IS GOD.  FOR SOME REASON ONLY KNOWN TO GOD, AIDS HAVE BECOME THE WRATH OF GOD FOR THIS GENERATION: NOT JUST FOR THE SEXUAL DEVIANTS BUT ALSO FOR THOSE THAT CHOOSE TO POISON THEIR BODIES WITH INTOXICANTS. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE WAR ON DRUGS OR THE ETHICS OF A RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. LOOK ALL AROUND THE WORLD NOT JUST WHERE THERE IS A FREEDOM TO PROCLAIM JESUS CHRIST AS LORD AND SAVIOR BUT IN THE PLACES OF LOST LAMBS AND THOSE WHO PROFESS TO BE ENEMIES OF GOD. 
BY A LARGE NUMBER THE GROUPS IN SOCIETY THAT ARE HARDEST HIT ARE THE GAY COALITION OF HOMOSEXUALS EVEN THE ONES THAT PROFESS JESUS CHRIST AS LORD BUT ARE ONLY DECEIVING THEMSELVES BY THEIR CONTINUED ACTS OF DEFIANCE TO THE WILL OF GOD. Nothing left but the final votes

There are nothing left but those who wait to vote on Tuesday. The campaign manager job is done, as all the stump speeches and the box lunches. A couple more baby and cheecks to kiss but for the most part the ploitics are over with it is time to get out the vote and wait for the results. There would take world changing event to change the mind of one voter. The winner of this election season will be the America people, for through it all the number will be the story and not the winner. I do understand that the winner will have a couple of seats on the Supreme Court to fill by next years session more than likely. The Congress will be leaning toward a veto proof Democrat party. Through all of this the election numbers are really unknown because of two factors that have never had a place in the electing of a president. The upset disgruntle female voter of the Democrat party and the forgotten radio Republican crossover voters. This campaign was in play when Texas and Ohio voted in the primaries. Texas has not lost any shade of red but the numbers increase for the democrats is hillarious thanks to radio talk shows. But on Tuesday night by the time Ohio numbers start being released the truth will come out if not in the exit polling as Limbaugh, Hannity, Salvage, Levin and their faithful listeners celebrate the arrogance of the media. By the way Obama wants to be king of the world put him in the United Nations.

Civil Remedy -Protection of Civil Rights

                              CIVIL REMEDY -- PROTECTION OF CIVIL RIGHTS DURING ADMINISTRATION PROCEDURES
Whenever any agency
(1)
(A) makes a determination under subsection (d)(3) of this section not to amend an individual's record in accordance with his request, or fails to make such review in conformity with that subsection;
(B) refuses to comply with an individual request under subsection (d)(1) of this section;
(C) fails to maintain any record concerning any individual with such accuracy, relevance, timeliness, and completeness as is necessary to assure fairness in any determination relating to the qualifications, character, rights, or opportunities of, or benefits to the individual that may be made on the basis of such record, and consequently a determination is made which is adverse to the individual; or
(D) fails to comply with any other provision of this section, or any rule promulgated thereunder, in such a way as to have an adverse effect on an individual, the individual may bring a civil action against the agency, and the district courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction in the matters under the provisions of this subsection.
(2)
(A) In any suit brought under the provisions of subsection (g)(1)(A) of this section, the court may order the agency to amend the individual's record in accordance with his request or in such other way as the court may direct. In such a case the court shall determine the matter de novo.
(B) The court may assess against the United States reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs reasonably incurred in any case under this paragraph in which the complainant has substantially prevailed.
(3)
(A) In any suit brought under the provisions of subsection (g)(1)(B) of this section, the court may enjoin the agency from withholding the records and order the production to the complainant of any agency records improperly withheld from him. In such a case the court shall determine the matter de novo, and may examine the contents of any agency records in camera to determine whether the records or any portion thereof may be withheld under any of the exemptions set forth in subsection (k) of this section, and the burden is on the agency to sustain its action.
(B) The court may assess against the United States reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs reasonably incurred in any case under this paragraph in which the complainant has substantially prevailed.
(4) In any suit brought under the provisions of subsection (g)(1)(C) or (D) of this section in which the court determines that the agency acted in a manner which was intentional or willful, the United States shall be liable to the individual in an amount equal to the sum of -
(A) actual damages sustained by the individual as a result of the refusal or failure, but in no case shall a person entitled to recovery receive less than the sum of $1,000; and
(B) the costs of the action together with reasonable attorney fees as determined by the court.
(5) An action to enforce any liability created under this section may be brought in the district court of the United States in the district in which the complainant resides, or has his principal place of business, or in which the agency records are situated, or in the District of Columbia, without regard to the amount in controversy, within two years from the date on which the cause of action arises, except that where an agency has materially and willfully misrepresented any information required under this section to be disclosed to an individual and the information so misrepresented is material to establishment of the liability of the agency to the individual under this section, the action may be brought at any time within two years after discovery by the individual of the misrepresentation. Nothing in this section shall be construed to authorize any civil action by reason of any injury sustained as the result of a disclosure of a record prior to September 27, 1975.

open letter to Senator Cornyn

an Open Letter to United States Senator John Cornyn:  Civil Right Act of 1964 Protects Conservative Religious Rights
 
         I am just as shocked as all God fearing Americans, that I would have to resort to this format to get my message out. I know the timing is not the greatest either, but I am the only person suffering because of Congressional Ethic Violation by U.S. Senator from Texas
Cornyn admitted violation of civil rights act of 1964. I have has letter to present to court and any congresssional hearing to prevent a repeat of such violation. Protecting his staff, friends, neighbors, family, or those who he congregate with still leave me being unlawfully restrained. And his power and influence have closed the courts to stop due process. This is hard for me because I am not seeking financial compensation, nor fame nor glory. I just want to be able to have a ministry in Hutto, Texas without being threatened by his coalition of civil servants and religious leaders. I have no alternative for the domestic terrorist of the ACLU, NAACP, LULAC, and their partners only seek financial awards not justice nor due process.
          The federal regulation, federal statutes, federal codes, and other acts of congress have all been ignored through racial profiling, prejudice and religious discrimination.  I did not realize seeking something that suppose to be protected by law might not be if a certain racist organization such as ACLU, NAACP, or LULAC decide prejudice is not discrimination because they pervert justice through fraud, deception, and bribery, I am shocked that the senator is mixed-up with Texas Corruption Coalition, Texas Black Mafia, and others destroyers of the United States Constitution. From Texas State senator Kirk Watson, Texas Civil Rights Project Jim Harrington,US Rep.
Congresswoman Shelia Jackson-Lee and their organized conspiracy to violate the United States Constitution. In the Western District of Texas United States Court, in Austin I will give you the opportunity you refused to give me. Why is seeking a DNA test a criminal act, yet it is a federal and state law. Why is the right to a trial by jury in an administration procedure, yet in the federal codes any party can seek a federal trial by jury. My DNA is the same as it was back in 2004, DRUG-FREE, DEVIANT-FREE, DISEASE-FREE, and an ABSTAINER FOR CHRIST. At least I had the opportunity to vote against you and your lawless coalition. I am proud to be an American that worship, praise, God and proclaim Jesus is lord and savior, and those that do not believe so are going to hell.

THIS IS A REAL BORDER SOLUTION THAT WILL BENEFIT ALL OF NORTH AMERICA, FIRST OF ALL THE FIRST BORDER THAT MUST BE SECURED IS THE MEXICAN SOUTHERN BORDER. I PROPOSE IT BE DONE IN A WWAY TO STRENGHTEN THE UNITED STATES RELATIONSHIP WITH MEXICO AND BENEFIT THE CITIZENS OF MEXICO. I WOULD BUILD THE UNITED STATES MILITARY MOUNTAIN TRAINING CENTER IN THE SOUTHERN STATE OF MEXICO. IT WOULD RELEIVE  THE DEPLEATED MEXICAN MILITARY, AND ALLOW THE POOR COMMUNITIES IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF MEXICO TO GROW FINANCIALLY. THE UNITED STATES WOULD BUILD AND OPERATE THE FACILITY BUT IN CONJUNTION WITH THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT AND ALSO WOULD PROVIDE TRAINING FOR MULTIPLE COUNTRIES IN AMERICA AND AROUND THE WORLD.
IF THE WAR ON DRUGS AND IMMIGRATION ARE THE CHIEF CONCERNS ALONG WITH THE HEALTH ASPECTS THAT BOTH CAUSE.THIS SOLUTION WOULD BOOSTER THE ECONOMIES OF BOTH COUNTRIES. THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF AMERICANS AND MEXICANS ALIKE WOULD IMPROVE IN MEXICO BECAUSE OF PROFESSIONAL BEING ABLE TO BE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS INSTEAD OF DRUG DEALERS THUGS. Senator Obama take the change you want to give America start in Chicago. First of all work with the justice department officials to end the voter fraud of ACORN and all other groups perverting the election process. As a senator introduce a bill that would put teeth back in the enforcement of the election laws. Fines and public reprimands are not stopping any corruption by the same parties, punish with imprisonment; charges of identity theft, conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to commit voter fraud, and any other criminal charge that would punish such criminal activity no matter which political view those violating laws are.

Senator Obama the change we would like from you is telling the truth about Universal Health care that failed in Hawaii, are you not from that state. Does not your family still live there? Did you have anything to do with it being the state to attempt the system that has not worked anywhere in the world? Did not the hospital that employeed your wife and campaign manager happen to take the word Urban out of their scheme to remove the African American male from their patient list? When are you going to come correct either you are an incompetent civil servant or you do not give a care about the African American people, this is in no way the worst thing you have done to the African American people. Dispite the Planned Parenthood foundation as an organization has been BLACK GENOCIDE even according to its founder Margarette Sanger, you had no problem accepting their endorsement. By the way the most aweful thing that abortion mills like Planned Parenthood does is the cause of 25% of all deaths of African Americans all by abortion. That is why there is no growth in the percentage of African Americans in the United States. This according to Planned Parenthood data, even though Senator Obama tried to claim Pastor Rod Parsley was being racist for bringing it forth, truth be told the men of God who operate Black genocide website also happen to be African American. Only because of the failure of Washington elitist political leaders and civil rights groups along with its religious leaders refusing to address a serious issue in the United States of America. Senator Obama has been to busy raising money to be concerned about details: 25% of all conceptions of African Americans end in abortion, in Chicago the Obama campaign closed the doors of the hospital to African American males, Universal Health care failed in Hawaii, and sat inthe pews of a fraudulent preacher living in an inclosed gated community dating a white woman , while preaching racist rhetoric.
The best thing about this election is there is more opportunity to participate then there has ever been. So I could never vote for your social change, I would like you to change your positions and allow African Americans childern to live, jobs that pay decent wages is better than welfare, fire incompetent civil servants eliminate governmental agencies that are nothing but pay check mills for wasteful unions. Change the requirement of money in education is spent of the student and the teacher, not on consultants, union leaders, nor a bunch of administrators that never see the inside of a school nor class room. Fix Chicago first Senator Obama do not fall into corruption then maybe the American public will consider you more than a catch-phrase.

Dispite what religious claim the will of God have nothing to do with religious practices. Most religious practices are opposit of the teachings of Jesus Christ. Jesus taught do not worship angels, Jesus taught dance before God it is good, Jesus taught to give God honor,  glory , and praise. Jesus fortold of DNA test when the pharisees, scribes, and non-believers called him a drunkard, he sad history will show the truth.  The light of Jesus will not allow God will not to be done where God wants it to be done. The wrath of God is God answer to the defiant.  The witness of Jesus will provide the hedge of protection of those who are obedient to the will of God. The promise of Abram was to be blessed and to bless those that bless you and curse those that curse you, promised by God.I believe this promise is my promise and the religious and civil servants delayiong Gods will have experienced the wrath of God.

President Bush gives the Nation a taste of Socialism

      Democrats are getting what they want socialism in this country. With the bank stock being purchased by United States Treasury Department thus putting banks under the authority of the regulations of being a quasi-government agencies, the pro European liberals should be celebrating but they are upset that President Bush will go do in history as being the most liberal president in United States history. It no just the housing debackle for it was Bush seeking regulations back in his first term, yet he chose not to make it a campaign issue in 2004.  Look at the size of the government and the percentage of  Americans employeed by governmental agencies, even President Clinton downsize government and put teeth in welfare and drug crimes punishment. There may have been some arm twisting by the Republican controlled Congress, but the Clinton have defended the laws all the way to the Supreme Court. 
        It is sad that a problem that Democrats chose to ignore and President Bush then chose to completely explode through incompetency
and creating more public waste through liberal red tape. It was a benefit to all lending institutions to participate in the Bush lending scheme
financial institutions with private banks for money transferring purposes all of a sudden went into commercial banking. the only people that
would lose would be citizens with over the amount protected by FDIC, those who could not legitimatly afford a home just went back to doing what they were doing prior to the great President Bush give away. I do understand and know that it was President Carter and Clinton that created the opportunity for these programs to exist and Bush  really though that by opening the housing market that people would take pride in owing homes. Reality is not givng someone who is not used to saving  the opportunity to continue not to save. Car notes, insurance, child care, grocercies, utilities, and the other expenses of living does not disappear when a home is purchased especially if it is not an all cash deal. It is another bill that become the major deal in one form or another. Credit is ruined by foreclosure which create other problems that tickle down because of the new socialism created. Socialism allow the haves to not only run the government but controll the money eliminate all entitlements such as minimium wage in exchange for national heath care and controlled prices. It does not take away from global investments of those in government, it requires all foreign investors to pay the government officials to do business in the industry the official control look at China. The so-called new middle class in China are all former government employees that are being allowed to spend their monies on the pleasures of the west. Contrary to the beliefs of the democrat party socialism does not prevent elitism it never have nor never will. Government officials in Canada do not use its national heathg care system because it is inadequate for them just is Cuba was for Fidel, he chose Spanish dotors still thumbing his nose at the United States.As a matter of fact, there are few leaders of any nation that do not use the health care system of the United States. The easiest cover is visiting the United Nations and have doctor meet inside the office of national representative. At times the visiting leader give a speak and immediately depart but then other times he could be facing a domestic situation, but visit the country for about three days, how long do your doctor tell you the medical test will take.         The best thing is President Bush days are numbered, as president immediately John McCain should sign a presidential order calling for a ten percent cut of all department positions. Begin to dismantle the Department of Education and put eduaction back into the state hands. Sign a presidential order requiring all recepients of governmental funding to have DNA test, require treatment of all alcohol abusers, especially civil servants of all levels of government with quarterly testing as long as employed with any government agency. The same would be for those using illegal drugs, abusing prescription drugs or over the counter drugs, aswell as those receiving public assistance.The third executive order President McCain should sign is eliminating the faith based intiative it the best way to stop funding domestic terrorist.
Domestic terrorism is a by product of socialism, all terrorist should be treated the same ACLU, KKK, NAACP, BLACK PANTHERS, LULAC,LA RAZA, and all other "racebaiting, gay coalition, drug usage promoting practicing hate organizations "should not have tax exemptions. Violating civil rights of anyone using any public entity should be grounds revocation of tax exemption. Religious institution that can coexist in society and maintain its protection of constitutional have all rights and privileges afforded under all constitutional acts. Places of discrimination and hate should never be able to use religious freedom neither should anyone be forced to participate in the religious practices of anyone us especially through fraud in deception. Those using fraud and deception should be treated as all other religious terrorist.

Prayers are sought for justice in Texas

Prayers are sought in Austin for justice, religious rights, freedom of religion and due process. I am in a battle with liberal Jim Harrington and the Black State Employees Association Union of Texas, along with Harringtons Texas Civil Rights Project . All I have sought is a DNA test and then the opportunity to take congress  up on its invitation I heard on Sixty Minutes about this treatment to mostly African American males. I got Jesus so their persecution even over forty days of starvation I am still standing. All I seek is access to the United States Texas Western district Court. I have no case number becasue I have been left out of all proceedings. I am a two time juror and an abstainer for Christ. No fornication, no masturbation, no oral sex, no anal sex, no adultry just waiting on marriage to the right Christian woman. I am forty-three, drug free, deviant free, debt free, and disease free. I do not worship money and most proceeds are going to the Alliance defense fund.I pray that i do not lose anymore of my life, an eight of it has been lost to finance : racebaiters, ACLU, NAACP, LULAC, and the gay coalition of homosexuals, abortionist and illegal drug users and those who benefit keeping them that way.
I seek prayer to be free to start a ministry according to the will of God, and not the mercy and grace faith based poverty pimps. Civil servants violating Article 6 of the United States Constitution. I seek the freedom to worship and praise God and be obedient to the will of God. I seek these things in Jesus name.

   here are a few things that can be done by Senator Obama to show he is a true Reagan Democrat first thing eliminate the Department of Education, give control of education back over to the parents on a school level.  Have manadtory DNA tests or all civil servants and those who receive any funding from any governmental source. Health care concerns and true war against illegal drugs along with criminal activities prevention by testing. It is time to put the education back in the hands of the state control, mandating instruction to students .As more and more colleges and universities turn away from governmental loans and in favor for in house financial aid, block grants to states still allow some governmental imput but at a limited level. Theft and fraud at the department of education, exposed the flaw of the payment by card accounts in all governmental agencies. The justifcation of the ACT and SAT test have lost appeal to a lot of admission offices. There are too many civil servants doing nothing for any child education, justifing the department to even exist.
      Look at the scandal that surfaced were monies used by corrupt civil servants were charged to students accounts, even though it was known by the supervisors of the department of education. Do not allow domestic terrorist such as the ACLU, NAACP, KKK,  LULAC, BLACK  PANTHERS, LA RAZA, ARRYAN NATION, nor any other discrimination practicing group niether gay coalition nor illegal aliens members. Prohibit lawyers, civil seravnts, judical employees from sitting on the board of education.

Celebrate Christ Everyday Not Just in December

    Because the compromisers of the world celebrate Jesus only in December, we true believers also are obedient to the word of God and celebrate the gift of life daily. By walking as living testimonies to the goodness of God, we can show that one day is no different from any other in receiving the gooodness of God greatest gift Jesus Christ. Do not be deceived, nor dismayed about the news celebrating Christ in your daily living. We are all ministers of the goodnews gospel of Jesus Christ. Some have different spiritual gifts then others but it take all believers. Followers of Jesus Christ from the first disciples all had individual calls to ministry. We are to serve the will of God, by serving Jesus which allow us to bless even non-believers, for we no heaven nor hell as an eternal resting place for anyone. By serving all we can lead lost lambs to Jesus Christ, for we can not read nor measure what Jesus see in anyones heart. It takes a confession of the mouth and a belief in the heart in accepting Jesus as lord and savior. Some people follow Oprah and believe all people doing good works are going to heaven, either she is wrong or the word of God is wrong, I am not going to hell for Oprah or no one else on earth. Christianity is the belief in Jesus Christ as lord and savior, the final judge of all man, the reader of the names of the book of life. We celebrate not just in December because someone new comes to Christ daily an dthe angels dance in heaven as we celebrate here on earth.  In America we glorify even in the Christian community   DRUGS, SEX, ALCOHOL yet all can be used according to the word of God and be pure. They also are abused by Christians and non-Christians alike. Punishment of jail,  prison, probation and the like accompany violating the laws of man. Violating the laws of God, repenting of sin of believers, forgiving others, confessing Jesus as lord and savior, and giving testimony to believers and non-believers alike. Today alot of Christian leaders are taking DNA test to show the life of a Christian is more than talk and living free of unmarital sex, illegal usage, alcohol abuse, and the like is not just possible but practical in these times.

A PRAYER FOR THE TOWNHALL COMMUNITY

     Heavenly Father,
            Thank you for this opportunity to be among the believers who are not afraid to tell of their belief in Jesus Christ and expose the compromisers of the world and enemy as they are. Thank you for life itself for without life none of us would exist, even those who choose abortion are the results of their parents choosing life. Thank you for Jesus, Calvary, and even the two thieves because that was really a choice. Thank you for the eternal heavenly home and even your wrath of correction, and the eternal pit of the lake of fire as the home for satan, the fallen angels and the disobedient. As we preprae to elect a president for the next four years I thank you for the opportunity to vote and be counted. I thank you for your hedge of protection, the spirituals gifts that have blessed my life. I pray for the will of God to be done to all whom read these words. I pray our repenting is accceptable to you God, that we forgive those who sin, that our confession is that of Jesus being lord and savior of our lives, and that our testimony is the goodness of the blessing of God and the goodnews of the gospel of Jesus in our lives.I pray for your family and enemies alike, all civil servants, the doctors, the clergy, teachers, students, law enforcement, and the lost lambs that all eyes and hearts are open to the will of God.     In Jesus name, Amen
